The Project Management
consulting service represents a service provided to manage a client's
existing (or potential) product or service - or is a service provided to
manage any of the following RWS consulting services - i.e. RWS is not only
capable of providing the following services but is also capable of managing
any PLC (Project Lifecycle) or SDLC.
- Vulnerability Assessments and Remediation Plans
Analysis of
existing systems (and subsystems) which enable core business processes.
Said analysis identifies current (or potential) vulnerabilities.
Remediation plans are subsequently established to resolve these
vulnerabilities. Comprehensive, highly maintainable and distributable
documentation is provided.

Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Presentations
and Workshops
- Enterprise SOA Facilitation
- Typically
assist in identifying a new, or supporting an existing, ‘SOA Champion’
within the enterprise (typically CEO, CFO or CIO).
- Based on analysis of the client's current IT architecture and
infrastructure, recommendations (in presentation and written form) will be
made as to which initial approach should be taken in order to evolve towards
a mature SOA.
i.e. Some enterprises may determine that the greatest initial benefit may
be derived from the interaction of one or more systems/applications at the
integration (or data) level, while other enterprises may be at a higher
level of SOA maturity and, therefore, determine that there is a greater
value proposition from the orchestration/choreography of business
services/processes used by various departments, lines of business and/or
business partners, etc.
- Enterprise SOA Governance and Management
- Facilitation, documentation and presentation of an SOA governance
and management framework based on the evolving
maturity
of the client's enterprise SOA.
- Identification of applicable members of an enterprise-level SOA
governance committee and the facilitation of initial meetings.
- Enterprise Service-Oriented Infrastructure
(SOI) recommendations
Based on analysis of the client's current IT infrastructure,
recommendations (in presentation and written form) will be made as to the
the most appropriate infrastructure that should be applied to support the
evolving SOA.

- Authoring of technical documents, including:

- Procedures,
